In this blog post i will be talking about how to eat healthy for cheap. There are a few steps on how to do this. I see people that say they cant afford to eat healthy. They would rather by cheap junk food than buy fruits and vegetables. Yes some fruits and vegetables are expensive but there are some that are very affordable.

Here is a list of fruits and vegetables that are cheap depending where you live.

1. Banana's cost around $0.25 to $0.50 each. You can also buy 6 for $1.50 that will last 6 days. I eat bananas everyday and i spend $1.50 a week.

2. Avocado's cost around $0.50 to $1.50 each. I usually buy avocado's when they are under a $1.00. I spend around $5.00 a week or less.

3. Yellow Squash cost around $0.75 to $1.25 each. These can make up to 3 meals with 1 squash. If you cut it correctly.
